Bulk Update & Custom Fields

Two time-savers for managing a large catalogue.

Bulk update

Need to change many items at once — say, raise prices or update a GST rate across a range of products? Instead of editing one by one:

1. Open Items.
2. Select the items you want to change (tick the rows).
3. Choose the field to update and apply it to all selected items at once.

This is perfect for price revisions, re-classifying tax rates, or tidying up your catalogue in bulk.

Custom fields

Clorvia covers the standard item details, but every business is different. You can add your own fields to track anything extra — for example a brand, colour, warranty period, or supplier reference.

Custom fields behave just like built-in ones: they appear on the item, you can fill them in, and you can filter and sort by them.

Custom fields aren’t limited to items — you can add them to customers and other records too, so Clorvia fits the way you work.
